The Talent Lawn Marketplace is a monitored, purpose-driven space where users can offer, request, or exchange career-related goods and services. Unlike general e-commerce, every listing is tied to a verified user profile (student, freelancer, entrepreneur, alumni, teacher, etc.) and reviewed for safety and relevance. Parents and teachers can approve, track, or block transactions involving minors. 1. Skill Services Marketplace Offer what you know. Learn what you need. Users list services they can provide (e.g., graphic design, coding help, resume review, tutoring, social media assistance, presentation making, freelance writing). Students/Passouts – Offer peer tutoring, project help, or creative services (parent/teacher co-listing required). Freelancers – List professional services with portfolio links. Alumni/Professionals – Offer career coaching, mock interviews, or portfolio reviews. Teachers – Provide subject-specific guidance or project mentoring. 2. Project Collaboration & Gig Exchange Find teammates or hire for a task. Users post short-term gigs or collaboration needs.
